Examination Process

After submission of an application for certification and all of the required accompanying materials, the application is sent to the Credentials Committee for review and approval.  Upon approval by the Credentials Committee, an applicant may register for the Part I Written Examination.

Following approval for the Part I Written Examination, an applicant may apply for Part II Oral Examination.  However, the Oral Examination cannot be taken until after passing the Written Examination, 

Both the Part I Written and Part II Oral Examinations must be passed independently in order to receive certification.
